ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The main pledge of the National Society is to provide quality humanitarian services for the vulnerable population in the country, through mobilizing and organizing the human and material resources.  The achieved results and progress of the National Society in each sphere, represent a good precondition for continuity in conducting reform activities and transforming the organization in strong National Society which functions well. The developmental atrributes of the National Society are allocated towards improving the image of the National Society in both the country and the Movement of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and towards improving the quality of services for different categories of beneficiaries and capacity building for integral parts of the National Society.

The reform and modernization of the National Society represents long-term process which result with new challenges for the National Society. Activities will be implemented in accordance with the priorities and goals of the Macedonian Red Cross Strategic Plan 2011-2020.
